Rachael Gass Psychology

I am Rachael Gass, an Educational Psychologist (EP) based in Winchester, Hampshire.  I have been working as an Educational Psychologist for over 20 years, after working as a primary school teacher before training as an EP.  I love what I do and I feel that I have a friendly, positive and enthusiastic manner which helps the young people with whom I work (as well as their parents and school staff) feel relaxed and at ease during my involvement.  I feel that I am a good listener and I try to ensure that people feel heard, valued and understood during my work with them.  I am a mum to two teenage girls in a neuro-diverse family and feel that I therefore have a good understanding of the challenges that face many young people within the education system. I provide an Educational Psychology Service which could include individual assessments and/or other direct work with young people; consultations (problem-solving discussions) with parents, staff and other professionals; observations within school settings; training and group work.
